| Luminous Golden Nectar | With the mix of bourbon, Port and Pedro Ximinez cask it has as disarming a bouquet as you will find in singlemalt. The super concentrated PX casks bring sweet juicy fruit aromas which meld beautifully with the vanilla & sweet oak from the bourbons. Add a hint of plumy rich Port, edged with cherries and it becomes a finely layered multidimensional experience, beautifully underpined by the classic toasted aromas of hand made single malt. Absolutely fabulous! | Unbelievably fresh, lively and vibrant with a slinky glycerine. For such a complicated spirit the balance between oak, malt and both dark and light fruits gives a uniquely satisfying single malt experience, and it's the malt that is the clear winner on the palate. The velvety grape flavour gently add their nuances of white raisins & dates giving an exciting portfolio of flavours seldom found in the malt today. |
